Early Medieval Viking Scandinavian braided silver ring
An Early Medieval Scandinavian Viking Braided silver ring. The ring is formed from several strands of silver which have been plaited together to form a band.
The workmanship is very competent and well designed, similar rings in gold have been recorded from Stockley in Wiltshire, Cromer in Norfolk.
