Medieval silver cruciform pendant with Alpha and Omega

A silver medieval devotional cruciform pendant with large suspension loop. The cross arms end in rounded knop. The flattened central area is engraved with Alpha and Omega. The first and last letters of the Greek alphabet, which were used as a monogram to refer to God. The letters are filled with blue Niello.
