
Merovingian bronze disc brooch with circle-dot decoration
A flat-section disc brooch with central circular void with dot-in-ring motifs; remains of pin-lugs, catchplate and ferrous pin to the reverse side. Mainly worn at the shoulders, chest or neck.

Date: Migration period, Merovingian, 6th century AD
Measurement: overall: 33 x 33 mm
Condition: Extremely fine condition, the pin is no longer present as is often the case.
