Renaissance 16th-century Silver-gilt Ring with Rock Crystal / For Sale

A beautiful Renaissance silver ring with traces of gilding. The bezel holds a window of rock crystal, with remnants of gold painting behind. The details are no longer visible. Similar examples often include coats of arms or religious symbols. This type of ring was popular between 1550 and 1625.
